Disney SEA in Singapore teamed up with Singtel (Singaporean mobile network) on a AR campaign to set up a Disney Junior photo booth to be used in Singtel stores. This was to increase engagement for the child while in the store and also get parents visiting. The application would then email or SMS the photo to the parent.
Working for Grand Visual and alongside their team, I designed the UX and architecture for the application and oversaw its design, build and test. Grand Visual had made similar AR experiences in the past, so we got to re-use some animations as well as make new ones from the Disney Junior cartoons.

We then built the interactivity of the application based on this, which you can see our Disney team in Singapore testing below:

The campaign was incredibly successful with thousands of families taking their photos over the campaign duration in Singtel stores.
